Reciprocity, as it pertains to licenses to conceal, are formal agreements between states to recognize each others' licenses. Generally, states who have these agreements have similar training and licensing requirements, so all states do not recognize all other states' licenses.

Bear in mind that laws on possession, transporting and concealing of a pistol vary greatly from state to state and it is your responsibility to know and understand the laws of the state in which you plan to possess, transport or conceal a firearm.
